El relanzamiento de …And Justice For All ha sido sometido a una remasterización con la más avanzada calidad de sonido, supervisada por Greg Fidelman.

…And Justice For All fue lanzado en septiembre de 1988. Obtuvo 8 veces el disco Platino en EE.UU. convirtiéndose en un álbum que marcó una serie de hitos para Metallica: llegó al Top Ten U.S. con el puesto #6 y fue nominado a los premios GRAMMY, ganando en Best Metal Performance por el tema “One”.

También recibió una crítica aún más aclamada que en sus previos discos Rolling Stones lo describió como “una maravilla de agresión artística perfectamente enfocada”
